SD Açaí

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

SD Açaí (“we,” “us”) is a small açaí-bowl popup run by a high-school student with a parent/guardian’s support. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our ordering site and how we use it. Questions? Email ian@f85.net.

Information we collect

  • Account details. When you sign in we receive your email address, and — if you use Google sign-in — your name. We use Google sign-in and email one-time codes only to verify who you are.
  • Order details. The bowls you order (toppings, sweetener, any notes you add) and the pickup days, along with each order’s status.

We do not collect or process payments through this site. Payment happens in person (cash, Venmo, or Apple Pay).

How we use your information

  • To take, prepare, and hand off your orders.
  • To send you order confirmations and sign-in codes by email.
  • To let you view and manage your own orders.

We do not sell your information, show ads, or use it for anything unrelated to running the popup.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we access only your basic profile — your name and email — to create your account and identify your orders. We do not access any other Google data, and we share it only with the service providers listed below.

Who we share it with

We use a few trusted services to run the site:

  • Supabase — stores accounts and orders and handles sign-in.
  • Google — if you choose Google sign-in.
  • Resend — sends confirmation and sign-in emails.

These providers only process your information to provide their service to us. We never sell your data.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account and order history while you use the service. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time — email ian@f85.net and we’ll remove it.

Security

Access to order data is limited to the operator, and data is stored on Supabase’s managed infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.

Children

This site is intended for students ordering from our popup. If you’re under 13, please use it with a parent or guardian’s involvement.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use means you accept the current version.
